• On friday the 30th of March (2012) Martina Ahlberg successfully defended her thesis: Critical Phenomena and Exchange coupling in Magnetic Heterostructures.

• The first samples from the new sputter system "Sleipner" have just been produced. If you are curious about the new system do not hesitate to ask Andreas Frisk who is the person putting it all together.
