Upcoming dissertations

 

No less than three persons at the group will defend their theses this spring.

 

On March 30th Martina Ahlberg successfully defended her thesis "Critical Phenomena and Exchange Coupling in Magnetic Heterostructures".

 

On May 16th Maja Hellsing sucessfully defended her thesis "Adsorption and Ordering of Surface Active Molecules and Particles at Solid Interfaces andin the Bulk".

 

On Thursday, 24th of May 2012, at 10:15 in Häggsalen, Unnar Arnalds sucessfully defended his thesis titled "Magnetic order in artificial structures".

 

Conferences

 

ICM2012 - The 19th International Conference on magnetism, will take place in Bexco, Busan, Korea, between the 8th and 13th of July, with a number of people in the group going. A link to the official webpage can be found here.
